KOVE ships internationally in USD.
Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared through our fulfillment partner. Public launch copy should state that orders ship within 2 weeks unless a tighter region-specific delivery estimate has been confirmed.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges depending on the destination country. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking after dispatch. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, contact the carrier first and then contact KOVE with your order number.
