We want your KOVE order to arrive correctly and in good condition.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Change-of-mind returns
Because KOVE is a personal-care product, opened or used products cannot be returned for change of mind. Unused and sealed products may be eligible for return if approved by KOVE.
Guarantee requests
Recommended 3-Set and Extended 5-Set customers may be eligible for the KOVE 90-Day Guarantee. See the guarantee page for eligibility, use requirements, and return conditions.
How to start a return
Email us with your name, order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and photos if the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Support response time is 2-3 business days.
